AND Design LLC ("AND Design", "we", "us" or "our") operates this website and provides design, animation and production services from our studio at 86 Charles St, Frostproof, Florida 33843. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it and what we do with it.

Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider may record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages visited. This is used in aggregate to keep the site working and secure.
2. How we use your information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for third party advertising.
3. Client material and confidentiality
Material you send us for a project, including unreleased products, campaign plans, financial figures, customer data and artwork, is treated as confidential. It is used only to produce your work, shared only with the people working on it, and never used for another client. We will sign a mutual non disclosure agreement on request at any point, including before you send anything.
4. When we share information
We share information only where it is necessary to do the work you commissioned, or where the law requires it:

We like to show our work, but never at your expense. We will not publish work, name you as a client or describe a project publicly without your permission. Unreleased work stays private until you have launched it. If you grant permission and later change your mind, tell us and we will remove the material from every channel we control.
6. Data retention
Inquiries that do not become projects are retained for up to twenty four months. Project files, correspondence and contracts are retained for at least seven years, both for tax and legal reasons and so that we can resend files or resume work for returning clients. Archived project material is stored securely and is not used for any other purpose.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including access controls, encrypted transfer where available and limits on who can view client material. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
